Start with the Help section inside the app — it covers setting up your budget, vendors, payments, printing reports and backups. Your purchase also included a PDF quick start guide, so keep it handy.
Your budget lives in the browser you typed it into, on that device. If you open the app in a different browser, in a private/incognito window, or on another device, you will see a blank project — your budget is not lost, it is simply in the other browser. Go back to the browser you used before, then use Export project and Import project to move your budget wherever you like. Clearing browser history or website data does delete the budget, so keep a recent export as a backup.
Check three things: whether an amount was entered against the right category, whether a payment was recorded as a deposit or a final payment, and whether an estimate is still sitting where an actual quote should be. The Overview totals update instantly as you correct entries. The app adds up exactly what you have entered — it never rounds or estimates on its own.
Open Reports & print and use the Print / Save PDF button. In the print dialog choose Save as PDF to make a file you can keep with your wedding documents or share with your partner. On iPhone and iPad, use the share icon in the print preview. If a report ever prints incorrectly, close the print dialog, tap the button again once, and it will rebuild freshly.
First use Export project (top of the app) to back up, then refresh the page. Still stuck?
